estate and associated infrastructure.\nJob Responsibilities\nPlay a key role in delivering the future state of the the Windows, macOS and Citrix endpoint infrastructure at the company.\nMaintenance and continuous service improvement of Windows 10.\nProvide operational support for the endpoint estate and ensure that all systems are available and performant.\nAct as an escalation point for the local Tech Support team and on occasion help out where needed.\nOngoing development and continuous improvement of the user platforms.\nOngoing patching and maintenance of both endpoints and infrastructure\nEnsure systems compliance with security standards and audit requirements.\nTransform manual processes into fully automated solutions.\nIntroduce new tooling and technologies, to continuously improve the user platforms.\nWork closely with colleagues across the business to understand the challenges they have and implement tools to improve their experience.\nJob Requirements\nExpert knowledge of one or more of the following: Windows 10/11, System Center Configuration Manager, macOS, JAMF or Citrix\nExperience evaluating, designing and implementing Microsoft solutions.\nExperience delivering 3rd Line operational support.\nExperience with performance troubleshooting, tuning and root-cause analysis of complex performance and stability issues.\nExtensive scripting experience.\nUnderstanding of what a modern user platform infrastructure should look like, and what tools are needed to implement it.\n\nHands-on attitude, always looking to experiment, learn, and explore new technologies.\nAble to clearly analyse problems, and design with appropriate solutions.\nTechnologies used at the firm include:\nWindows 10/11 (desktops, laptops and ESX hosted
