This includes the management of allprojectrelated activities including Consulting, system configuration, training, training materialsdevelopmentand team/customer communications.\n\nProvide remote implementation and training services related to Brightree HME/DME implementations.\n\nDrive working sessions with customers to understand and document business and technical requirements for HME/DME functionality.\n\nProvide status updates to management using standard reporting tools.\n\nFacilitateandconduct group trainings\n\nCreate HME/DME documentation for internal and customer usage. This includes configuration guides and training materials. Enhance these materials asrequiredfor product updates.\n\nManage customer escalations throughappropriate Brightreechannels.\n\nAnalyze, troubleshoot,document,and solve software issues reported by customers.\n\nTrack and report product defects to Support forappropriate resolution.\n\nSuccessfully transition live customerstostandard supportprocesses.\n\nProvide feedback to Product Management and Developmentregardingproduct enhancements.\n\nLet’stalk about Qualifications and Experience:\nKnowledge of software implementations, systemworkflows,andimplementation ofbest practices.\n\n2+ years’ experience implementing, project managing or trainingonhealthcare software systems.\n\nExperience implementing and/or training on Brightree applications.\n\n1+yearsof experience training users on HME/DME applications.\n\n1+yearsof experience implementingforms-basedsoftware.\n\nFamiliarity with Software as a Service (SaaS)applicationand performance criteria.\n\nStrong analytical ability to troubleshoot and diagnosis technical software and implementation issues.\n\nSome experience developing training materials and product reference documentation for healthcare software.\n\nLeadership skillsincludingthe abilityto manage customer expectations and drive project results.\n\nExperience training software users in a highly diversified environment.\n\nAbility to travel up to30% Preferred\n\nWe are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent.
