You’ll build and run CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and support containerized and serverless workloads running on ECS, EKS, and Lambda. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple projects and the chance to level up your DevOps skills in a dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD workflows;\n\n• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and improve observability;\n\n• Contribute to infrastructure design in collaboration with developers;\n\n• Manage AWS and Terraform infrastructure;\n\n• Provide ongoing support and implement optimizations for existing projects to ensure performance and reliability;\n\n• Collaborate with developers, offering guidance and assistance in addressing technical challenges;\n\n• Communicate directly with the client side to gather requirements, share updates, and provide technical information;\n\n• Participate in incident response and contribute to post-mortem analyses;\n\n• Continuously monitor cloud and infrastructure costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-efficiency improvements.\nRequirements:\n\n• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer in an IT outsourcing company;\n\n• Solid practical experience with AWS: IAM, VPC, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudFront, Route 53 (GCP/Azure is a plus);\n\n• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions);\n\n• Proficient with Docker and Docker Compose;\n\n• Experience with secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager);\n\n• Understanding of DevSecOps practices: IaC scanning (Checkov), SAST/container scanning, WAF;\n\n• Comfortable with Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS): administration and troubleshooting;\n\n• Hands-on experience with Terraform (modules, remote state; Terraform Enterprise/Cloud is a plus);\n\n• Automation of routine tasks, hands-on experience with one of the configuration management systems (Ansible is a plus);\n\n• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and their deployment on cloud platforms;\n\n• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar;\n\n• Awareness of monitoring/logging tools (ELK, CloudWatch, New Relic);\n\n• Experience in incident response and conducting post-mortem analysis to prevent future problems;\n\n• Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above);\n\n• Proactive mindset, continuous learner, and skilled at justifying technical decisions;\n\n• Excellent time management skills and willingness to handle multiple tasks;\n\n• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;\n\n• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.\nWe offer:\n\n• Transparent financial motivation;\n\n• Remote
