For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com.\nOverview\nAs a Continuous Process Manager, you will support Brightstar Lottery's manufacturing operations by optimizing production workflows and advancing operational excellence in a high-volume printing environment. You will improve throughput, reduce waste, enhance print quality, and strengthen delivery performance through continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making. This role will be located onsite in Lakeland, Florida.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead continuous improvement projects across printing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.\n\nAnalyze production metrics, including press uptime, spoilage rates, throughput, and turnaround time, to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with operations, maintenance, scheduling, and quality teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.\n\nStandardize processes across shifts and presses to promote consistent quality and performance.\n\nFacilitate Kaizen events and root cause analyses addressing misprints, downtime, material waste, and other recurring issues.\n\nDevelop standard operating procedures and visual work instructions tailored to printing processes.\n\nMonitor and report key performance indicators, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness, waste reduction, and delivery performance.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nMinimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment with a focus on process improvement.\n\nUnderstanding of flexographic, offset, or digital printing technologies and associated production workflows.\n\nDemonstrated expertise with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.\n\nProficiency in data analysis and manufacturing systems, such as ERP, MES, and SPC tools.\n\nFlexibility to support multiple shifts and changing production schedules.\n\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required\n\nWhat Will Make You Stand Out\nCertification in Lean Six Sigma at the Green Belt level or higher.\n\nExperience with high-speed printing equipment and finishing processes.\n\nFamiliarity with ISO, G7, or other print quality standards.\n\nSuccess leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple improvement projects simultaneously.\n\nComfort working in a dynamic, deadline-driven production environment.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nStand or walk throughout 12-hour production shifts.\n\nLift 20 to 40 pounds regularly, using a team lift or approved equipment for items weighing more than 50 pounds.\n\nPerform bending, reaching, twisting, and material-handling activities throughout the shift.\n\nOperate hand tools and complete repetitive tasks safely.\n\nWork around noise, heat, inks, paper dust, moving equipment, and other manufacturing conditions.\n\nInspect printed and packaged materials visually with accuracy.\n\nSuccess Profile\nLeading Complexity\n\nLeading People\n\nLeading the Business\n\nLeading Self\n\n#LI-MS1 #LI-ONSITE\nAt Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989 - $200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.\nBase pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
