For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com.\nOverview\nAs a Customer Service Representative I, you will support Brightstar Lottery's customer service operations by delivering exceptional experiences to players, winners, retail partners, and other stakeholders while supporting retail store operations, prize payment services, customer issue resolution, and game draw coordination. This role serves as a key brand ambassador and helps ensure the integrity, professionalism, and operational excellence of customer-facing activities. The successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as business needs require.
