For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com.\nOverview\nAs a Logistics Analyst, you will support Brightstar Lottery's domestic and international transportation operations by coordinating cost-effective, on-time shipments and delivering proactive logistics support to internal teams and external partners. You will analyze transportation data, monitor service performance, and identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and operational execution. This role will be located in West Greenwich, Rhode Island.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate domestic and international shipments across air, ocean, full truckload, and less-than-truckload transportation modes.\nEvaluate freight quotes, select carriers, and make routing decisions based on service, cost, and operational requirements.\nPrepare and validate bills of lading, air waybills, invoices, shipper's letters of instruction, commercial invoices, and other shipping documentation.\nEnsure shipments comply with applicable regulations, Incoterms, customs requirements, and internal procedures.\nMonitor shipments from origin through delivery, communicate status updates, and resolve delays, damages, shortages, and customs holds.\nAnalyze transportation data, maintain KPI dashboards, ensure reporting accuracy, and recommend actionable performance improvements.\nCollaborate with internal departments, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, third-party logistics providers, and managed freight partners.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n\nFour or more years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.\n\nStrong knowledge of global shipping processes, transportation modes, Incoterms, and customs requirements.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and transportation data analysis.\n\nExcellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required\n\nWhat Will Make You Stand Out\nFamiliarity with SAP or another enterprise resource planning system.\n\nBackground supporting freight provider performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nExpertise coordinating shipments across multiple international transportation modes.\n\nExposure to trade compliance, freight billing, or managed transportation programs.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nMaintain regular hybrid schedule.\n\nTravel occasionally, up to approximately 10%.\n\nParticipate in occasional meetings outside normal business hours.\n\nSuccess Profile\nLeading Complexity\nLeading People\nLeading the Business\nLeading Self\n#LI-JM1 #LI-HYBRID\nAt Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.\nBase pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
