For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com.\nOverview\nAs a Quality Supervisor, you will support Brightstar Lottery's commitment to producing secure, high-quality instant scratch-off lottery tickets by leading quality assurance and control activities across manufacturing operations. You will help ensure products meet regulatory, security, customer, and printing-quality requirements while developing a strong team and promoting continuous improvement.This role will be located onsite in Lakeland, Florida and is a Night Shift opportunity with working hours of Monday through Friday starting at 6PM. .\nWhat You'll Do\nSupervise daily quality control activities across press, post-press, and packaging operations.\n\nEnsure compliance with lottery regulations, security protocols, industry standards, and internal quality systems.\n\nEnforce Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and Good Manufacturing Practices.\n\nMonitor product integrity, including scratch-off coatings, playability, readability, and security features.\n\nLead, coach, and develop Quality Technicians while coordinating assignments, training, and performance expectations.\n\nInvestigate non-conformances, quality concerns, and customer complaints while supporting effective corrective actions.\n\nMaintain inspection logs, quality records, audit documentation, and readiness for internal, external, and lottery authority inspections.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nThree to five or more years of quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.\n\nPrior supervisory or leadership experience.\n\nCapability to work independently with limited direct supervision.\n\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required\n\nWhat Will Make You Stand Out\nBachelor’s or associate degree in Business Administration, Supervisory Management, or a related field.\n\nBackground in printing, packaging, or secure document production.\n\nFamiliarity with the lottery or gaming industry.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nStand or walk throughout production shifts lasting eight or more hours.\n\nRegularly lift 20 to 40 pounds and use a team lift or approved equipment for items exceeding 50 pounds.\n\nPerform bending, reaching, twisting, and material-handling activities throughout the shift.\n\nOperate hand tools and complete repetitive tasks.\n\nWork around noise, heat, inks, paper dust, and moving equipment.\n\nVisually inspect printed and packaged materials with accuracy.\n\nSuccess Profile\nLeading Complexity\n\nLeading People\n\nLeading the Business\n\nLeading Self\n\n#LI-MS1 #LI-ONSITE\nAt Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $$40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.\nBase pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
