Responsibilities

• Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.
• Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
• Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
• Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
• Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software.
• Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

• 12 years of work experience; 8 years of related experience is required.

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is 203,835 zł - 313,593 zł. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus with a set target (10% of salary) aligned with individual and company performance. Eligibility and payout may be prorated based on date of hire and service during the performance period or sales commission.

This position is governed by collective bargaining agreement, which regulates the main terms and conditions of employment, including minimum salary levels, classification, working hours, leave, and other employment rights.
