For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com.\nResponsibilities\nOversee daily physical security operations for Texas and all assigned remote sites globally, including offices, warehouses, data centers, and lottery-related locations.\nOwn the access control administration, badge issuance, access requests, access reviews, and employee terminations.\nOversee the review of security-related work orders, tickets, and service requests.\nCoordinate incident response with internal stakeholders, facilities teams, law enforcement, and emergency responders when necessary.\nAssess security risks and direct mitigation efforts during off-hours events to minimize operational disruption and maintain compliance.\nProvide timely communication and incident updates to leadership and appropriate stakeholders during significant security events.\nPerform annual reviews of the security policies, procedures, response protocols, and operational documentation.\nAdminister physical security systems, including access control, visitor management, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.\nTroubleshoot security system issues and coordinate repairs with internal support teams.\nWork with the Sr. Manager of Operations to manage site projects, including new site activations, office expansions, remodels, and physical security improvement projects.\nConduct or coordinate investigations involving security incidents, policy violations, suspicious activity, property loss, workplace safety concerns, and access control violations.\nReview major incident reports for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate escalation.\nSupervise and develop security officers.\nProvide coaching, training, scheduling oversight, and performance management.\nConduct team meetings on a quarterly basis to align\nEnsure staffing levels and operational coverage meet day-to-day operations requirements.\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security, GSOC operations, law enforcement, military security, or a related field leadership.\nExperience with access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, investigations, and incident response.\nExperience working in highly regulated environments.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.\nEducation\nRequired\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\nMinimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate security, physical security, GSOC operations, law enforcement, military, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.\nPreferred\nAssociate’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, or a related field.\nBachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Human Resources, or a related field.\nASIS APP, PSP, CPP, or other relevant professional security certification.\nExperience supporting regulated industries, including lottery, gaming, critical infrastructure, technology, or data center operations.\nSuccess Profile\nLeading Complexity\nLeading People\nLeading the Business\nLeading Self\n#LI-DAK #LI-HYBRID\nAt Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.\nBase pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
