For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com.\nOverview\nAs a Warehouse Associate, you will support Brightstar Lottery's secure distribution of instant tickets by ensuring orders, serialized inventory, and shipping records are accurate and fully accounted for. You will perform hands-on warehouse activities in a fast-paced, regulated environment where precision, safety, and integrity are essential. This role will be located onsite in Richmond, Virginia.\nResponsibilities\nPick and pack instant ticket orders, verifying games, serial numbers, quantities, and documentation before release.\nMaintain chain-of-custody records for controlled ticket inventory from receipt through shipment.\nInspect ticket packs, shipping cartons, and incoming deliveries for damage, tampering, seal integrity, and quantity accuracy.\nReconcile inventory counts, research variances, and escalate unresolved discrepancies promptly.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move products safely throughout the facility.\nProcess material movements, shipping documentation, and inventory transactions accurately in warehouse systems.\nOrganize stock, replenish work areas, and keep the warehouse clean, secure, and audit-ready.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nMinimum of one year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or general production experience.\n\nForklift experience with current certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.\n\nCapability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and licensing for handling accountable lottery products.\n\nStrong attention to detail when reviewing serial numbers, quantities, shipping records, and inventory documentation.\n\nBasic computer and math skills for data entry, counting, verification, and reconciliation.\n\nDemonstrated integrity, sound judgment, dependability, and commitment to inventory accuracy.\n\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required\n\nWhat Will Make You Stand Out\nFamiliarity with controlled, serialized, or high-value inventory.\n\nProficiency using SAP or another inventory or enterprise resource planning system.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.\n\nSuccess operating independently while contributing as a dependable team member.\n\nComfort adjusting priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nStand and walk for most of the workday.\n\nBend, reach at or above shoulder height, and maintain sufficient manual dexterity.\n\nLift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\n\nMove continuously throughout warehouse and distribution areas during the shift.\n\nSuccess Profile\nLeading Complexity\nLeading People\nLeading the Business\nLeading Self\n#LI-NA1 #LI-ONSITE\nAt Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,49. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.\nBase pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
