This position is essential to keeping Brightwild properties operating smoothly and delivering the level of hospitality our guests expect.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare properties for guest arrivals by cleaning and organizing living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms\nRestock linens, guest amenities, and supplies to maintain property standards\nInspect rooms for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly\nEnsure each property meets Brightwild quality and presentation standards before guest check-in\nMaintain organized supply areas, storage rooms, and housekeeping equipment\nSupport laundry operations when needed (washing, drying, folding, organizing linens)\nAssist with guest requests in a professional and timely manner.\nFollow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing daily duties\nWork collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teams\nRequirements\nPrior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, or property management preferred\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards\nAbility to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment with multiple properties or rooms\nComfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability\nAbility to lift up to 40-50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods\nReliable transportation and ability to travel between properties when required\nAvailability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak tourism periods\nStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teams\nBasic comfort using mobile apps or messaging platforms for schedules, task lists, and communication\nAbility to identify and report maintenance issues or property concerns proactively\nProfessional appearance and a guest-focused attitude when interacting with visitors or residents\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy while working in occupied properties\nSalary Description\n$17 -
