This role is ideal for bartenders looking to pick up occasional shifts for weddings, private parties, celebrations, and special events in one of Key West’s most iconic historic settings.\nEvent Bartenders are responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service while keeping the bar organized, stocked, and running smoothly throughout each event. We’re looking for reliable team members who can step into a fast-paced event environment, read the room, and help create a memorable experience for every guest.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently.\nProvide warm, professional, and attentive service to event guests.\nSet up event bars, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, tools, and other supplies.\nBreak down and properly close event bars following each event.\nFollow established recipes, event menus, service standards, and event-specific instructions.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.\nMonitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices at all times.\nRestock beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies as needed throughout the event.\nMaintain proper handling, storage, and control of beverage products and bar equipment.\nCommunicate proactively with event leads, servers, and other team members throughout service.\nAssist with additional event setup, service, or breakdown needs when necessary.\nHelp create a smooth, polished guest experience from event setup through closing.\nCompensation\nHourly pay plus applicable event gratuities.
