As a Vacation Rental Lead Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the comfort, cleanliness, and presentation of our properties while working closely with operations and guest experience teams.\nResponsibilities\nClean and prepare vacation rental homes between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.\nSupervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners, public area staff).\nEnsure timely cleaning of rooms, especially for check-ins and check-outs.\nMake beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and restock guest amenities and supplies.\nInspect properties for cleanliness, damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly to management.\nEnsure homes meet established quality, safety, and presentation standards prior to guest arrival.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.\nAssist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.\nFulfill guest housekeeping-related requests in a timely and professional manner when required.\nReturn items left behind by guests to the designated lost and found process.\nFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence.\nMonitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective action when needed.\nPromote teamwork and maintain staff morale.\nEnsure proper use and care of all work equipment and assets.\nRequirements\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.\nAbility to work independently while managing time effectively to meet turnover schedules.\nKnowledge of proper use and handling of cleaning supplies and chemicals.\nWillingness to follow established cleaning checklists and standard operating procedures.\nFriendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.\nReliable transportation and ability to travel between properties as needed.\nAvailability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, early
