Reporting to the Head of Finance, this person will partner closely with finance, product, and operations teams to translate data and market insight into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nStrategic initiatives\nParticipate in cross-functional strategic initiatives to ensure financial discipline, owners, and success metrics are clearly defined and tracked.\n\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap and strategic priorities.\n\nBenchmark Brigit's product, financial, and operational metrics against industry and fintech peers.\n\nCollaborate with product, engineering, and design to track progress against key initiatives and surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.\n\nAssess Financial model Impact of new initiatives and determine the appropriate KPI to track the performance.\n\nSupport quarterly and annual planning processes, including OKR/goal setting, prioritization discussions, and follow-up tracking.\n\nBoard & Executive Materials\nSupport the leadership in preparing Board of Directors materials, including business updates, product roadmaps, key metrics, and strategic initiative progress.\n\nHelp create clear, concise narratives and visualizations that communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to Board members and other senior stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate inputs from finance, product, data, and operations to ensure materials are accurate, complete, and aligned with company strategy.\n\nMonthly Business Review Tracking Dashboards and Reports\n\nAssist in the preparation of materials used for public reporting, including investor updates and external presentations.\n\nCross-Functional Support\nPartner with finance, operations, and other internal teams to provide additional bandwidth on high-priority workflows, process improvements, and special projects.\n\nWhat you have\n4-6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, investment banking, or a similarly analytical, execution-oriented role (high-growth tech or fintech experience a plus).\n\nStrong analytical skills; highly comfortable working with data, building models, and translating analysis into clear insights and recommendations.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to create executive-ready slides and narratives.\n\nHighly organized with strong project management abilities; able to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.\n\nLow-ego, high-ownership mindset - willing to dive into details while keeping sight of the bigger strategic picture.\n\nComfortable working closely with senior leaders, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism at all times.\n\nPassion for Brigit’s mission and interest in fintech, financial health, and consumer products.\n\nLocation\nThis is a full-time role which will operate out of Brigit’s New York office, with the option to work remotely 1-2x per week, based on business needs.\nCompensation\nThe anticipated annual base salary for this position is $145,000 - $180,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below).
