You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. This role is critical in supporting uninterrupted restaurant operations and delivering a high-quality guest experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine inspections of restaurant premises, kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other assets.\nCarry out preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and repair needs across outlets.\nCoordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors for specialized repair and servicing.\nMaintain proper documentation of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service reports.\nEnsure all facilities meet safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (fire safety, electrical safety, FSSAI, etc.).\nMonitor and manage spare parts, tools, and consumable inventory.\nSupport installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment when required.\nReport recurring issues or major repair needs to management with recommendations.\nTrain staff on proper use of equipment and basic troubleshooting.\nQualifications & Skills\nDiploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related technical field.\n2-4 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality, QSR, retail, or facility management.\nHands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and general facility maintenance.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and respond quickly to emergencies.\nGood communication and coordination skills to
