tools, etc.\nMaintain accurate purchase records, stock levels, and inventory updates.\nCoordinate with stores, kitchen, and accounts for stock and payment-related matters.\nConduct regular market analysis to compare prices and ensure cost-efficiency.\nMonitor vendor performance and resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality, etc.\nEnsure procurement complies with food safety and hygiene standards.\nAssist in monthly budgeting and forecasting of procurement needs.\nLiaise with warehouse and logistics team for inbound and inter-outlet material movement.\nKey Skills Required\nStrong negotiation and communication skills\nKnowledge of F&B raw materials and packaging\nFamiliarity with procurement software / ERP systems\nAttention to detail and analytical skills\nVendor management and market research capability\nBasic understanding of food quality and safety norms\nEducational Qualification & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or
