The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining drink quality, managing inventory, supporting the bar team, and ensuring smooth and efficient service.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.\nOversee daily bar operations, including setup, closing, and equipment maintenance.\nRecommend beverages to guests and ensure excellent customer service.\nGuide and train junior bartenders on drink preparation and service standards.\nManage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimise wastage.\nMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with applicable liquor licensing requirements.\nAssist in creating signature cocktails and updating the beverage menu.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience as a Bartender or Senior Bartender in a premium restaurant, resto-bar, or hospitality establishment.\nStrong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.\nAbility to lead a team and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of bar inventory, stock management, and cost control.\nStrong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFormal bartending or mixology training.\nExperience in signature cocktail creation and beverage menu development.\nExperience working in a premium dining or high-volume bar environment.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA confident, creative, and service-oriented professional with strong bartending skills and the ability to lead by example.
