No sponsorships are available at this time.\nProject Duration: 11/2/26 to 2/1/27\nPay equivalent to $30-35hr\nEssential Duties:\nDelivers engaging and interactive training programs to diverse audiences through instructor-led, virtual, webinar-based, on-the-job, and blended learning formats\nFacilitates training courses that support operational readiness, system adoption, compliance, and non-technical skill development\nAdapts training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles, experience levels, and audience needs\nCollaborates with business units, subject matter experts (SMEs), and instructional designers to identify learning requirements and confirm that training materials are accurate, effective, and user friendly\nAssists with training needs assessments and helps determine the appropriate learning solutions to address performance gaps\nDevelops and maintains lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, presentations, manuals, handouts, and other learning resources\nDelivers live and recorded training programs using a variety of learning technologies and communication platforms\nProvides post-training support, coaching, resources, and guidance to reinforce learner success and performance improvement\nMaintains training records and documentation in compliance with organizational standards and confidentiality requirements\nContributes to the continuous improvement of training curricula, delivery methods, and the learner experience\nInteracts regularly with employees, leaders, subject matter experts, clients, and business partners\nMaintains accountability for training delivery, learner engagement, project deadlines, and training effectiveness\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nRequirements\nRequirements\nStrong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learner engagement techniques\nDemonstrated experience facilitating both in-person and virtual learning programs\nAbility to use training technologies, business software applications, and virtual learning platforms effectively\nStrong presentation, facilitation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills\nExperience creating training documentation, participant materials, and facilitator guides\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nStrong technical writing, proofreading, and editing skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to command a virtual classroom with confidence and compassion\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working with employees and stakeholders\nAvailability to work an assigned eight (8) hour shift between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday\nEducation and Experience:\nA bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nThree (3) to five (5) years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, adult learning, or employee development\nExperience delivering training on enterprise systems, or in a Medicaid, health and human services, or public sector environment, preferred\nMicrosoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, experience required\nPhysical Requirements & Environmental Conditions: An employee must meet these physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee is regularly required to talk or hear, sit, stand, and utilize technology tools such as a laptop computer for extended periods of time. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
