Check out our Communication Creed and Non-Negotiable Items that help define our culture-and ask us about Never Letting Donkeys In The Pool.\nCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States, sponsorship is not available.\nResidency in Illinois is preferred; candidates residing in neighboring states may be considered.\nCandidates must be willing and able to travel by car within the state of Illinois.\nAs a Training Facilitator, your primary focus will be delivery, engagement, and learner success, with some support of existing instructional materials as needed.\nKey Responsibilities\n Facilitate instructor-led training (in-person and virtual) using established curricula to help end-users effectively navigate and use client systems\nConduct knowledge transfer sessions, system walk-throughs, and hands-on training exercises to reinforce learning objectives\nPrepare for and deliver training by becoming proficient in the technology and existing training materials, including facilitator guides, participant guides, exercises, and job aids.\nCollaborate with Instructional Designers, Team Leads, and client stakeholders to plan training schedules, demonstrations, and delivery approaches\nProvide feedback and recommended updates to training materials based on learner experience, client input, and observed training outcomes\nMake minor edits and updates to training materials as needed, following established standards and templates\nSupport the creation and refinement of recorded training sessions or short videos for use in the Learning Management System (LMS)\nAssist with basic editing of animated or technology-enabled learning assets created with modern tools\nServe as a backup Training Lead when required, supporting facilitation coordination and client communication\nRequirements\nSkills Needed to Be Successful in This Role\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment\nComfortable facilitating training for diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency\nFlexible and willing to adjust schedules to support training delivery and client needs\nAbility to use and lightly modify training materials using tools such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint\nAnalytical mindset to understand learner needs and follow structured training flows created by Instructional Designers\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail\nAction-oriented and capable of balancing multiple training activities and priorities\nApproachable, open, and collaborative with team members and clients\nComfortable participating in team discussions to share insights, feedback, and progress\nAble to remain composed and professional under pressure\nEffective at navigating ambiguity and moving forward even when all details are not finalized\nStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize while keeping projects on track\nProactive communicator with subject matter experts and project team members\nWilling and able to learn and troubleshoot system or technical issues with guidance\nAbility to travel within Illinois for instructor-led training delivery\nExperience:\nExperience facilitating in-person technology training or similar adult-learning classroom training\nExperience facilitating training for SAP or similar enterprise systems\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint (required)\nExperience supporting instructional design models, principles, strategies, and techniques\nExperience supporting projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies (preferred)\nExperience delivering or supporting training content within a Learning Management System (LMS) (preferred)\nExperience using a Content Management System (CMS) (preferred)\nWhat else does it take to be successful at Briljent?\nConsultative Mindset -Listen.
