This role is in-person in Secaucus, NJ.\nThe targeted budget for this position is $55k-70k This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.\nKey responsibilities include: \nVendor & Sample Management \nManage sample inventory end-to-end; tracking, organizing, photographing, and performing quality assurance \nPartner directly with vendors to produce samples and live orders, communicating clearly to maintain accuracy and efficiency \nBuild and maintain vendor relationships, including leading weekly meetings to track deliverables \nManage style allocation across the catalogue with partners, upholding manufacturing standards and best practices \nQuality & Process Improvements \nSupport quality improvement initiatives, including chain testing and quality metrics tracking \nContribute cross-functionally to supply planning and inventory control \nIdentify and implement improvements to systems, policies, and procedures that support Brilliant Earth's quality, delivery, and cost objectives \nSupport the identification of potential packaging needs for new products \nLeverage AI tools to streamline sample tracking, vendor communication, and quality reporting \nYou’re a great fit if you have: \nBA degree or equivalent preferred \nExperience with vendor management required (2+ years preferred) \nExperience in the jewelry industry and/or product development is preferred \nExperience performing quality assurance testing and photographing physical samples is preferred \nAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including external vendors and partners \nStrong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of ERP/inventory systems (NetSuite a plus) \nExperience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to streamline your work, and an appetite for finding new ways to apply them. \nInterest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products \nStrong attention to detail and follow-through. \nAbility to think critically and adapt quickly, with a high sense of urgency, in a flexible environment \nTeam player with an ability to work collaboratively \nEntrepreneurial spirit / self-starter \nWhat We Offer:\nCareer Growth.
