Associate Engineer

Job requirements

Experience Range: With 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, including exposure to PMO activities within large programs Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and tracking of project schedules, resources, and deliverables for large-scale programs
• Support PMO activities by preparing status reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Help organize and document project meetings, capturing action items and follow-ups
• Monitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders on key milestones and risks
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of records
• Contribute to the identification and resolution of project issues to support timely delivery
• Facilitate clear communication among project team members and stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating project presentations
• Familiarity with project management tasks and PMO processes
• Experience with project management platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
