The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and able to craft extraordinary digital experiences while also being customer facing and adding substantial business value.\nPractitioner should engage with clients, participate in alliance and community forums, and shape solutioning for Salesforce led engagements, while also being partially billable on key strategic engagements.\nKey Responsibilities\nWith at least 18 years of experience leading engineering teams, including extensive expertise in delivering Salesforce PDO solutions.\nLead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce managed packages, ensuring compliance with Appexchange requirements and achieving successful product launches.\nDrive end-to-end product development using Salesforce 2GP and 1GP packaging strategies, optimizing for scalability, maintainability, and measurable business growth\nEstablish and enforce engineering standards, code quality, and security protocols across all PDO projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and client stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver impactful, market-ready solutions\nMentor and develop senior engineering leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.\nQualifications:\nExpertise in Salesforce Platform Development.\nAdvanced proficiency in Salesforce 2GP (Second-Generation Packaging)\nStrong experience with Salesforce 1GP (First-Generation Packaging).\nDeep knowledge of Appexchange submission and compliance processes.\nHands-on experience building, maintaining, and upgrading managed packages.\nProficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.\nExperience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines for PDO projects.\nStrong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) in Salesforce environments.\nAbility to architect scalable, secure, and performant Salesforce solutions\nExperience with API integrations and third-party app development for Salesforce\nCandidates should demonstrate the below listed critical leadership qualities:\nCustomer Advocacy -
