In this role, the candidate should be roughly balancing architectural ownership, delivery accountability, and people management.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nArchitecture & Technical Ownership\n10-12 years in data engineering/BI/architecture, including 6+ years in delivery leadership roles\nProven experience architecting data warehouse/lakehouse solutions at enterprise scale\nStrong hands-on experience with ETL/BI tool with at least one major cloud data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery)\nExposure to AI/ML pipeline integration or GenAI-enabled analytics\nTrack record of managing and developing engineering talent\n\nEngineering Management\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders on data/BI initiatives\nExperience in a consulting/client delivery environment managing multiple concurrent engagements\nOwn delivery quality and P&L accountability of an engagement\nRepresent Brillio at
