Working directly with business stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and help transform successful concepts into scalable, production-ready systems.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and delivering practical solutions that create measurable business value.\nThis position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a hybrid work arrangement.\nRole Responsibilities\nTranslate business challenges into practical, working AI solutions.\n\nRapidly build, test, and iterate using Claude Cowork as a primary delivery tool.\n\nLeverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other modern AI development tools.\n\nDevelop full-stack solutions spanning front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.\n\nBuild Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.\n\nTake prototypes from initial concept through development, deployment, and production.\n\nCollaborate directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define problems, and shape solutions rather than simply execute predefined requirements.\n\nDemonstrate working solutions, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.\n\nNavigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements while maintaining development speed and quality.\n\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment to drive AI adoption and deliver business outcomes.\n\nJob Requirements\nHands-on experience with modern AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.\n\nExperience developing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.\n\nKnowledge of RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.\n\nFull-stack development experience, including Python, React, and/or Next.js.\n\nExperience building and integrating APIs and connecting enterprise systems.\n\nFamiliarity with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI.\n\nExperience building and deploying solutions within enterprise environments.\n\nAbility to communicate technical concepts and demonstrate AI solutions to business stakeholders.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership of delivery.\n\nAbility to work in a hybrid capacity in the Minneapolis, MN area.\n\nWhy This Role?\nThis isn't an opportunity to simply maintain existing systems.
