drive engineering excellence in testing, security, observability, and performance.\nImplement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, API, Cypress-based UI regression) and troubleshoot complex production issues.\nMentor junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.\nCommunicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, with 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.\nDeep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (hooks, functional components), building scalable, high-performance UIs.\nStrong backend development in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js - APIs, microservices, and distributed systems (REST, gRPC, Thrift;
