The candidate will manage the technical requirements of a 20-member team that includes both experienced professionals and recent graduates. This role involves evaluating technical needs for new products, defining the architecture, and guiding the team to deliver high-quality solutions.The ideal candidate should thrive in dynamic, unstructured environments, bring clarity to ambiguity, and create order from complexity. They will serve as a bridge between project management and engineering teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Technical Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 20 engineers, providing technical guidance,\nmentoring, and hands-on coding support.\n\n• Technology Stack: Own the decision-making process for choosing the right technology stack for\nvarious products, considering customer needs, scalability, maintainability, and performance.\n\n• Architecture Design: Frame and oversee the creation of architecture diagrams and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.\n\n• Project Management: Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure the team adheres to deadlines and produces high- quality work. Hands on\nknowledge of any of the project management tools like Jira will be an advantage.\n\n• Hands-on Coding: Participate in coding to support the team in React, Node.js, Python, HTML, CSS, and database queries. PHP knowledge will be an added advantage.\n\n• Quality Assurance: Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and maintaining coding standards.\n\n• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate tasks and resources within the team to ensure optimal\nperformance and delivery.\n\n• Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior management in making decisions related to the product.\n\nSkills and Competencies Required:\n\n• Proven experience of 7-10 years as a hands-on Engineering Manager or Technical Lead.\n• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, HTML, CSS, and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).\n\n• Experience leading teams that include both freshers and experienced professionals.\n\n• Experience working in a start-up environment.\n\n• Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.\n\n• Experience designing scalable, high-performance systems and architecture.\n\n• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.\n\n• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical
