BRINC is recruiting exceptional engineers to build the next generation of autonomous emergency-response technology, including flight-critical firmware and advanced pilot-assistance capabilities.\nAbout this Role:\nBRINC is seeking a dynamic and proactive person to fill the role of Associate Project Manager, DFR Implementation to manage the overall implementation of our Drone as a First Responder (DFR) solution. This role interacts with a customer upon a sales booking and manages the customers’ program rollout from onboarding to go-live.\nThe ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, experience in managing complex projects with a preference for those with significant nuanced experience in the public safety sector. This role will have up to a 65% travel commitment to engage with customers on-site, prior to, during and post implementation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlanning, managing and rollout of BRINC’s DFR ecosystem\n\nImplement project plans, define milestones, manage timelines for the deployment and scaling of BRINC’s DFR & other solutions\n\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with our customers in the public safety sector to drive customer success and satisfaction.\n\nProactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide timely service, and address any issues or concerns during implementation.\n\nSchedule and conduct ongoing meetings, track performance & provide feedback to both customers and internal stakeholders\n\nTravel to customer sites to include, leading customer meetings, site surveys, Air Traffic Control meetings, FAA Waiver coordination, Implementation & Live Rollout\n\nEnsure alignment and compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards\n\nEnsure the project complies with building codes, aviation, safety, and data privacy regulations, coordinating with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other regulatory authorities.\n\nStay informed of the latest advancements in drone technology & FAA Rules and Regulations\n\nQualifications:\nExceptional Communication & Organizational Skills\n\nProactive and results-oriented work ethic\n\nAbility to multitask effectively\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights\n\nKnowledge of Google Earth mapping functionality or similar software\n\nKnowledge of the Google Office Automation suite or similar software\n\nAbility to travel up to 65% of the time\n\nAbility to independently book and manage all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.\n\nLive within 1.5 hours of a major airport\n\nPreferred Skills:\nOperational Experience with DFR and/or Public Safety Drone Programs\n\nOperational experience as a First Responder or Public Safety Sector\n\nTechnical Proficiency in Drone Hardware and Software\n\nComputer & Networking knowledge with the ability to communicate requirements with CIOs, IT Leaders, etc\n\nKnowledge of the FAA Waiver Process\n\nComputer & Networking knowledge with the ability to communicate requirements with CIOs, IT Leaders, etc\n\nBRINC Culture Values:\nTry the hard stuff\n\nBe innovative - Invent the future\n\nMove fast\n\nListen to end-users\n\nStrive for excellence\n\nDon’t build a dystopia\n\nBe frugal\n\nSave lives through technology\n\nIf you’re interested in this role and in joining BRINC, we hope you’ll apply.
