BRINC is recruiting exceptional engineers to build the next generation of autonomous emergency-response technology, including flight-critical firmware and advanced pilot-assistance capabilities.\nAbout this Role:\nWe are hiring two product specialists based in the US. \nProduct Specialists partner with the Sales team to support and facilitate customer demos onsite. A product specialist at BRINC will be responsible for flying and troubleshooting demo and drone related issues before and during product demonstrations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide customer-facing demo support\n\nAchieve and maintain technical expertise in BRINC OEM products & proprietary software\n\nPossess and maintain an FAA Part 107 Pilot’s License\n\nBuild positive relationships with customers and public safety agencies\n\nMaintain a high level of flying proficiency to perform flying duties safely and efficiently\n\nParticipate in timely and effective communication with BRINC teammates\n\nPartner with TAEs in the field to deliver live, interactive demonstrations of both hardware and software solutions.\n\nResponsibly manage assigned BRINC equipment to include demonstration truck, station, sUAS kits and all accompanying equipment.\n\nProactively maintain cleanliness and functionality of all equipment to present BRINC as a solution for our public safety partners.\n\nProactively conduct detailed preparation testing, pre-operational briefings with contingencies and informative debrief discussions with BRINC personnel while onsite.\n\nCommunicate effectively with all team members while onsite and defer questions to the appropriate party during demonstrations.\n\nComplete required recurrent training to comply with company and regulatory requirements\n\nParticipate and become certified in comprehensive technical troubleshooting of BRINC technology\n\nEnsure safety practices associated with transport of equipment and technological hardware\n\nDrive and manage the DFR truck to provide on-site support for reps during client meetings, demonstrations, and field events.\n\nQualifications:\nDemonstrated and proven Customer Service/Success skillset\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain FAA Part 107 license and maintain currency certifications\n\nAbility to pass a background check and DMV evaluation with a minimum of 2 years clean driving record\n\nAbility to travel up to 75%\n\nPossess and maintain a valid driver’s license in your primary state of residence\n\nStrong ability to communicate effectively and diagnose problems in a fluid environment.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with sUAS, commercial, public safety or otherwise\n\nPublic Safety & sUAS Program Experience\n\nDepartment of Defense Experience\n\nBasic CRM experience\n\nProficiency in sUAS operations to comply with FAA requirements for Part 107 currency and certification\n\nRobotic and/or sUAS Technician Experience\n\nWorking knowledge of proper operations of sUAS per FAA Part 107, public safety COA and COW regulations.\n\nExperience with cellular and wireless network operations\n\nBRINC Culture Values:\nTry the hard stuff\n\nBe innovative - Invent the future\n\nMove fast\n\nListen to end-users\n\nStrive for excellence\n\nDon’t build a dystopia\n\nBe frugal\n\nSave lives through technology\n\nIf you’re interested in this role and in joining BRINC, we hope you’ll apply.
