You will work with the global marketing team to turn approved content and creative briefs into clear, engaging visuals that follow Bring IT’s brand guidelines.\nYou will receive guidance and feedback while developing your skills, including learning how to use AI tools and platforms such as Notion, WordPress and HubSpot to support your daily work.\nIt’s an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior professional to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign Production & Visual Assets\nCreate and adapt presentations, social media graphics, carousels, email and blog visuals, and internal communications.\nSupport the design of playbooks, case studies, datasheets, sales materials, and event assets using approved content and templates.\nApply layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and spacing principles to produce clear, readable materials.\nPrepare editable source files and final exports according to digital or print requirements, with guidance when needed.\nCollaboration & Creative Input:\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver brand-consistent visual materials.\nOperational Excellence\nFollow file naming, folder organization, and version control practices so materials are easy to find and reuse. \nSupport the maintenance of a reusable asset and template library.\nUsing tools such as AI, Notion, SharePoint, HubSpot, and WordPress.\nQuality & Brand Consistency\nFollow Bring IT’s brand guidelines and use approved templates and visual references.\nApply feedback accurately and carry those learnings into future assignments.\nCheck that final files meet the requested format, dimensions, and delivery requirements.\nRequired\nEducation / Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field, completed or final semesters.\nExperience:\nProfessional with intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, and Illustrator, a solid foundation in design principles and brand identity, demonstrated portfolio experience, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn AI-powered design tools, HubSpot, WordPress, Notion, and collaboration platforms.\nPreferred\nFamiliarity with Figma/WordPress for layout or component-based design.\nVideo editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.\nBasic animation skills
