You manage planning, risks, and stakeholder communication while coordinating a small team of consultants. You act as the central point of accountability, driving project health, facilitating decisions, and ensuring adherence to delivery methodology and quality standards.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead end-to-end delivery of standard implementations, keeping projects on time, in scope, and on budget.\nRun structured project cadences - status updates, risk reviews, and planning - and keep the plan current.\nCoordinate a small team of consultants while acting as the central point of accountability for the project.\nAnticipate and mitigate risks before they escalate, rather than just logging them.\nCommunicate project status clearly to different audiences, including trade-offs and impacts, not just updates.\nRole Profile\nRequired\nEducation / Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nYears of Experience: 1 to 2 years of project management experience in ERP, software implementation, or technology consulting environments.\nLanguage Requirements: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Portuguese language skills may be required depending on the location and business needs.\nPreferred\nCertifications:NetSuite SuiteFoundation or PMP certification is required. CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, SAFe, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications are considered strong assets.\n\nGrowing With Us\nGrowth from Project Manager isn't limited to one path.
