The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience providing IT support for mid-to-large sized organizations. Environment is primarily a Microsoft Windows environment utilizing Office 365 and Azure.\nResponsibilities\nInstalling and configuring hardware, software, and peripheral for end users\nUpgrading laptop computers, including migrating user data\nBuild and configuration of equipment for new hires\nCreating new user accounts in Active Directory/Entra\nProvide end user technical support in a timely manner\nMaintain support requests in ZenDesk ticketing system\nAssist with mobile device upgrades and new deployments\nMaintain Asset tracking\nPeriodic travel to Brinkmann regional offices and Job Sites\nQualifications\nRequires at least 5 years related work experience\nBachelor’s degree, technical training or equivalent combination of education/experience\nMicrosoft Windows 10/11 support\niOS support skills\nDetailed oriented\nStrong problem-solving skills\nExcellent customer service for employees\nMicrosoft Entra\nMicrosoft Office 365\nExperience with Zendesk or equivalent ticketing system\nAbility to prioritize tasks\nMust be willing to travel once every 1-2 months to provide support at regional office and job sites\n\nWorking Conditions:\nThe IT Desktop Supports work is primarily performed indoors at Brinkmann’s corporate office\nThis role requires regular office hours, with potential for extended hours during reporting cycles\nLight physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 10 pounds and some\nStanding, walking, sitting, talking and/or hearing\nAt Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
