Our passion is building.\nResponsibilities\nInvoice coding and data entry\nSubcontractor billing and processing\nSubcontract Document Control-lien releases\nDraw requests to Owner (send all information as required by owners such as accompanying schedules, copies of invoices, etc.)\nAssist in job audits\nOther duties as required \nQualifications\nExcellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills\nProven ability to meet deadlines\nAbility to manage multiple projects\nIntermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word and other Office applications\nStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-task\nKnowledge of AIA billings documentation\nVista Viewpoint or similar construction software preferred\nProject accounting experience is desired\nMinimum of 1-year recent experience in accounting or a similar role within the construction industry\nWorking Conditions:\nThe Project Accountants work is primarily performed indoors at Brinkmann’s corporate office\nThis role requires regular office hours, with potential for extended hours during reporting cycles\nLight physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 10 pounds and some\nStanding, walking, sitting, talking and/or hearing\nAt Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
