You won’t just be administering medications, you’ll be a trusted caregiver, a health advocate, and a comforting presence in their daily lives.\nIn this rewarding role, you'll ensure medications and treatments are delivered with accuracy and care, support daily health monitoring, and provide compassionate, hands-on assistance that helps our residents thrive. If you’re looking for a career where every shift brings purpose, connection, and the opportunity to uplift others, this is it.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister Medications & Treatments - Pass medications and provide treatments safely according to care plans.\n Provide Hands-On Care - Assist residents with personal care (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.\nSupport Mealtime - Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for overall health.\nPromote Mobility - Assist with turning, positioning, and safe transfers to keep residents moving safely.\nPerform Vital Checks - Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.\nMaintain Comfort & Care - Keep residents’ rooms tidy, cozy, and stocked with essentials.\nRespond to Resident Needs - Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate support.\nMonitor Resident Conditions - Report any changes to the leadership team immediately.\n Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism - Maintain confidentiality while delivering high-quality care.\nThe above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform.
