This position is ideal for a skilled painter who values a reliable schedule, excellent benefits, and the satisfaction of meaningful, steady work.\nYour craftsmanship helps maintain beautiful, safe, and comfortable environments for the seniors we serve.\nKey Responsibilities\nApply paint, primers, sealers, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.\nMix, match, and blend paints to achieve desired color and finish.\nInspect painted surfaces for flaws or runs and make corrections as needed.\nManages schedules and priorities to ensure work is performed timely. \nPrepares surfaces for painting or wall covering, including filling nail holes and repairing damaged areas and priming.\nPerforms duties with the highest concern for working in and around resident’s homes (i.e. noise, cleanliness). \nPerforms maintenance and grounds repairs as directed\nEstimates the amount of paint and number of labor hours to complete project. \nTracks hours and materials used and fills out bill form for each project.\n\nThe above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform.
