loan and providing them with the necessary information to start the loan application process\n\nAchieving set disbursement new customer repeat loans and collection target\n\nCollecting the needed KYC documentation and assessing the clients & credit worthiness as per the business\n\nCalculating and analyzing the risk ratios of clients based on their credit score and financial history\n\nMaintaining records of loan applications by using core banking system\n\nManaging repeat & top up clients by organizing follow-up meetings with clients\n\nMonitoring the progress of the loan repayments installments and relaying any concerns to the clients\n\nEnsuring that loan applications are in line with the company & SOP’s policies as well as state laws and regulations\n\nEnsure customers are well trained on the product and any other training that the company would like to offer to the customer\n\nEnsure all Brisk customer are treated with dignity and all customer feedback either compliment or complaints are recorded\n\nEnsure personal hygiene of the highest level by being neat and well presentable while conducting any business on or behalf of Brisk.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum of 1.5 year experience as a Sales Agent\n\nDiploma or Degree in a business-related course\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to
