etc. Design and implement complex solutions for organization’s Contract Lifecycle Management\nLiaising with Customer, Solution Architect, Functional Consultants and Technical peers to achieve project goals within expected timelines.\nProvide SME support for business requirements across projects\nMentoring Junior Team members within the Organization\nGuide business process and configuration design choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraints\nConduct user training\nFacilitate integration and user acceptance testing\nSupport business users with process or system issues\nDrive and Assist with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP Ariba Practice for CoE.\nBuild repository of custom development implemented by Bristlecone for unique business requirements\nConduct trainings within Practice to build competency.\nPrepare and deliver demonstrations and presentations in support of sales cycles\nHelp in Presales, RFP, Solution Design, Migration, Upgrade methodology\nKeep up to date on the technology development\nUnderstands and ensures that quality standards are met\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\n8 plus years of implementation experience in area of Ariba Strategic Sourcing space with minimum 2 years of full suite implementations\n4 plus years of full cycle implementations of Ariba Strategic Sourcing\nExperience with all aspects of SAP Ariba Contracts Management\nMust have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non SAP applications\nAriba Certification would be an added advantage\nTECHNICAL EXPERTISE\nPossesses thorough knowledge of SAP Ariba Contract Management Solution and various types of contracts and industry best practices.\nThorough knowledge and hands on implementation experience with Contract Templates and Conditions administration, settings, configuration, along with all other aspects of Contracts administration, including Approval Process workflows downstream\nAbility to architect an end to end solution while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within ARIBA Strategic Sourcing Suite as well as of Ariba Contract with ERP systems\nAbility to work on complex development scenarios along with writing technical specifications for complex customizations\nAbility to propose multiple workable solutions as per best practices\nGood understanding of ECC or S4 Hana and ARIBA CONTRACT Master data\nExperience in interacting with functional developers to provide daily operational support as well as solution implementation for enhancements and projects\nExposure of Client discussions, Incident Resolution, New Development, CR Estimation, Solution Proposal\nBEHAVIOURAL and SOFT SKILLS\nTeamwork\nCustomer Sensitivity\nPeople Management\nGood Analytical
