Practice Heads, Delivery Heads, and senior technology leaders.\nPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.\nDevelop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.\nAssess candidates technical background, leadership capabilities, consulting experience, and suitability against the role.\nBuild talent pipelines across technology practices.\nManage recruitment across full-time and contract hiring models relevant to the business.\nMaintain accurate applicant tracking system records and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and recruitment metrics.\nDeliver a professional candidate experience and handle leadership searches.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of US IT recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in senior management and leadership hiring.\nPrior experience working for an IT consulting or IT services company is mandatory.\nExperience hiring leaders responsible for technology practices, consulting engagements, delivery operations, sales or business growth.\nStrong understanding of the US technology talent market and IT consulting business models.\nProven ability to source passive candidates and manage complex stakeholder expectations.\nStrong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and US recruitment platforms.\nWorking knowledge of US employment types and work authorization requirements.\nWillingness to work US business hours.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting executive searches or building leadership teams for growing IT consulting businesses.\nExperience recruiting for both internal consulting teams and client-facing engagements.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.\nSuccess Measures\nTimely closure of critical IT and leadership positions.\nQuality of hires and offer acceptance rates.\nStrong candidate pipelines and hiring manager
