Design and evolve the enterprise data architecture aligned with business objectives and technology standards.\n Define and implement the data governance operating model, including decision rights, policies, and procedures.\n Establish a data stewardship framework and recruit/coach data stewards across business domains.\n Develop and execute a Master Data Management (MDM) strategy to create and maintain clean, trusted master data.\n Create data quality metrics, monitoring processes, and remediation workflows to ensure ongoing data integrity.\n Lead a team of data engineers, architects, and analysts, providing mentorship and performance management.\n Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and compliance teams to align data initiatives with regulatory requirements.\n Implement data cataloging, lineage, and metadata management tools to improve data discoverability.\n Drive adoption of data governance best practices through training, communication, and change management.\n Report on governance program progress, KPIs, and ROI to senior leadership.\n 10+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, and data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.\n Proven track record building and scaling data governance and MDM programs in large enterprises.\n Deep knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).\n Expertise with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation) and MDM solutions (e.g., Informatica, Reltio).\n Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, metrics, and remediation techniques.\n Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with senior business and technical stakeholders.\n Demonstrated ability to define operating models, policies, and stewardship structures.\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
