业务计划与执行 ：
分析并明确市场潜力，重点客户及对应品牌策略，制定相应的业务计划，最大程度地开发辖区机会，确保患者可及，达成业务目标;
及时主动洞察辖区市场状态，依据市场现状适当调整业务计划，并提出反馈建议。
客户管理：
根据品牌策略完成客户画像分析（Profiling），结合绩效目标确定目标客户，维护CRM，确保信息真实、准确、完整;
制定并实施拜访计划，准确传递疾病知识、指南更新、临床证据和产品价值，识别客户学术需求并建立长期可信赖合作关系;
学术推广：
保持成长心态，主动学习专业知识; 独立组织开展医院会，就疾病知识、临床证据和产品价值进行清晰、准确、合规的讲解并答疑，执行辖区内公司认可的学术交流，配合跨部门团队推动/执行重点项目落地;
合作：
与团队成员，跨TA，跨部门（市场、医学、准入等）同事协作，共享客户洞察、业务机会和执行反馈
合规 ：
严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，保护客户信息、公司商业信息及患者隐私，以诚信、专业的方式代表公司形象。
