The 10-week internship program at Bristol Myers Squibb’s growing state of the art Biologics campus in Devens, MA is the ultimate career experience!\nThe program includes formal and informal networking, development, and mentorship of participants with a focus on building and advancing professional skills in the BioPharma industry.\nCandidates will be matched with projects based on skills and interests to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives at the Devens Campus within the Biologics Development organization. Projects are associated with functional areas including, but not limited to:\nSite Focused Positions\nPortfolio Integration & Developmental Excellence Transformation (PIDT) - Data Science\nLab Based Positions\nBiologics Development Laboratories - Cell Culture, Purification, and Analytical\nAll projects will be defined with key deliverables and provide candidates with opportunities to develop new skills and work directly on key aspects of the business. Example deliverables include process optimization, development of templates/best practices, strategy development, deployment of new capabilities in laboratories, and proof of concept work in laboratories.\nThis full-time ten-week internship program will take place June through August of 2027.\nKey Responsibilities\nExamples of Key Responsibilities:\nKnowledge or understanding of biotech process such as cell culture and purification\nGeneral lab skills\nData management\nProcess optimization\nDevelopment of templates/best practices\nStrategy development\n Qualifications & Experience\nCurrently enrolled in a Life Science, Engineering, or Data & Computer Science Bachelor of Science, Masters, or Doctorate program with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA\nInterest and passion for BioPharma and biotechnology\nStrong communication skills\nExperience working in highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team\nStrong analytical skills as demonstrated through previous experiences which may include: laboratory experience, project design course(s), research projects, knowledge of programming/scientific software, and/or previous co-ops/internships\nCandidates who are seeking to learn more about the process development lab space, manufacturing environment, or manufacturing support roles\nAll candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment.
