This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.\nPosition: To lead and manage Clinical Research Associate function.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervises and coordinates the work assignments and performance of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)\nDemonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization including situations of conflict resolution, problem solving and crisis management.\nAnticipates resource needs and provides workload evaluations and task assignments\nAllocates and assign study resources in alignment with R&D and local research goals and priorities.\nSupervises clinical trial execution including supervising study metrics and team performance\nMay approve study fee funds and payments based on grant of authority\nMay propose and/or validate country study targets\nMay support Health Authority inspection and pre-inspection activities\nMay support audit preparation & Corrective Action / Preventative Action preparation for local related issues\nEnsure Study Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) implementation and ensure the necessary resources / tools are available\nDevelops goals that are consistent with R&D and local research goals and priorities and takes necessary actions to ensure that goals are met\nTogether with the RCO management tracks and manages performance metrics for Clinical Operations staff\nPoint of Contact for FSP staff within the country\nManaging the hiring, performance management and succession planning of employees\nPerforming general and human resource administrative functions\nParticipation in performance calibration and talent review meetings\nEnsuring collaboration and information sharing with cross functional stakeholders\nEnsure effective external partnerships with Study Sites, Investigators, Pharma Trade Associations, Ministry of Health and /or Heath Authorities as needed\nManage partnerships with critical accounts / site\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree required preferably within life sciences or equivalent.\nMinimum of 10 years pharmaceutical industry experience in clinical research\nPrior monitoring experience required\n• Demonstrated ability to drive project related activities\nPrevious supervisory and/or leadership experience (i.e. participation in task force, initiative or cross functional team)\nPrevious resource allocation experience\nWe hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials - if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.\nHow We Work\nWhere you work matters - because collaboration, innovation and patient impact happen in many settings.
