This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.\nSummary:\nResponsible for development, maintenance, and support of the global Enterprise Manufacturing Execution Systems (EMES) solution that is utilized globally across the digital manufacturing network to produce medicine.\nThe EMES Developer’s scope is EMES core platform, components, interfaces, custom tools, and any customizations that support digital manufacturing systems and operations including:\n· Material and Inventory modules\n· Order management\n· Equipment and instrument integration\n· Sample management\n· Patient scheduling system integration\n· Label printing\n· General automatic recipe functionality\n· Custom business recipe capabilities\n· Batch reporting and analytics\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nPartner with IT and Business teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.\nDesign, build, test and deliver standard and custom EMES capabilities to the global manufacturing network.\nProvide support of the EMES solution to minimize disruption to manufacturing and/or impact to product.\nSupport administration of the central EMES development and test systems, with oversight over site EMES development, test, and production systems\nContribute to knowledge management strategy through content generation and mentoring.\nIdentity and execute on opportunities for continuous improvement.\nPromote compliance with data integrity and computer system validation requirements and regulations.\nPromote compliance by understanding change and the impact to the validated state of the application and underlying infrastructure.\nQualifications:\nBachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science (preferred) or related fields\n10+ years’ experience in the Life Sciences industry, with at least 8 years’ experience in MES\nAt least 5 years’ direct experience designing, building, deploying and supporting automation and execution systems (Syncade, DeltaV, PI Data historian, etc.) in regulated manufacturing environments.\nStrong domain expertise in the application of IT to manufacturing, including a broad understanding of processes and how they are supported by IT tools and systems.\nStrong knowledge of regulatory landscape and demonstrated experience with software validation.\nProven track record of successful IT/automation solution delivery\nProficiency in scripting and automation using VBScript, PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.\nStrong skills in SQL Server, including query optimization, complex querying, and database administration.\nKnowledge of message-oriented middleware and event-driven systems, including MSMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.\nExperience in Enterprise System Integration, preferably involving SAP, LIMS, and MES platforms\nAbility to work across global sites and cultures.\nOptional travel up to 5% domestically and internationally\nWe hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials - if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.\nCompensation Overview:\nDevens - MA - US: $174,750 - $211,758\nMadison - Giralda - NJ - US: $158,870 - $192,507\nNew Brunswick - NJ - US: $158,870 - $192,507\nPrinceton - NJ - US: $158,870 - $192,507 \nThe starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities.
