This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.\nManager, PDS BI&T Analytics Operations\nSummary:\nThis role will play a crucial role in managing a team that supports operational analytics across PDS to ensure products continue to serve most pressing PDS analytics needs, with potential opportunities to build new advanced analytics capabilities to build in state of art solutions. Manager for this cutting-edge Analytics team should have a strong interest in solving business problems, and an eagerness to work on all parts of the analytics value chain, from partnering with IT on data pipelines to scaling and deploying analytics solution (having a thorough knowledge in Business Intelligence Space) in the service of our patients around the world.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nOperate with a high degree of independence and accountability-setting priorities, making critical decisions, and delivering outcomes with minimal supervision.\nProvide strategic and technical analytical solutions for the identification, development, and deployment of Data & Analytics solutions across PDS BI&T, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enterprise initiatives as well as harmony with BMS enterprise platforms and governance (e.g., model/platform reuse, safety & privacy reviews, data access controls, usage/cost monitoring).\nConduct analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and recommendations based on an understanding of PDS priorities, critical issues, and value levers.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems, goals, and KPIs to design, establish and maintain data pipelines, models and business facing reports and dashboards.\nIdentify and implement enhancement and automation of high-value analytics while ensuring they continue to function efficiently.\nCollaborate proactively with IT teams to develop and enhance data infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytical tools for efficient data collection, processing, and analysis.\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analyses to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.\nFollow technical best practices in building, maintaining, and enhancing analytics output with scalable solutions, including code version control, pipeline management, deployment, and documentation.\nContinuously monitoring emerging AI technologies and best practices, recommending new approaches to drive continuous improvement and proposing a pragmatic roadmap for scaling Data Science & AI functions.\nProvide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior analysts and team members when required.\nWork hours that provide sufficient overlap with standard east coast US working hours.\nSkills and competencies:\nGood critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to support and articulate a data-led approach to insight development with 8+ years of experience\nAgile problem-solving ability and desire to learn new things and continuously improve\nProficiency in Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Python\nStrong project management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team\nSolid understanding of digital analytics tools and platforms and version control like Github\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.\nStrong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations\nLeadership skills to lead an analytics team with required people manager skills and positive attitude to develop the team\nExperience:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related scientific discipline field.\nExperience working as both a technical lead and people manager\nProven experience in a data and analytics role, including direct development experience.\nExperience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, statistical software packages and platforms\nProficiency in Python and machine learning as well as LLM and agentic AI solutions\nDemonstrable Experience in development of integration of generative AI or large-scale automation tools-preferably in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.\nExperience with major PDS applications (SAP, Oracle, LIMS, Infinity, MES) is a plus.\nExperience with biotech product development, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality control is a significant plus.\nExperience in the biopharma industry a plus.\nWe hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials - if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.\nHow We Work\nWhere you work matters - because collaboration, innovation and patient impact happen in many settings.
