This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.\nMission principale:\nL’Operator Manufacturing, Launch Operations aura pour mission d’assurer les activités de fabrication des produits essentiellement sous forme de comprimés ou capsules, dans le respect de la réglementation BPF / GMPs, des règles d’hygiène, et de sécurité. Il devra se conformer aux procédures définies par le système qualité du site pharmaceutique.\nResponsabilités:\nRéaliser des opérations de production tel que la pesée des matières, la préparation des mélanges de poudre ainsi que la conduite de ligne automatisée dans les activités de fabrication de comprimés ou capsules suivant son curriculum de formation et selon les procédures en vigueur du système qualité.\nMaitriser l’outil MES (Manufacturing Execution System) dans la gestion des dossiers de lot et des consommations associées. \nMaîtriser et effectuer le nettoyage des équipements du matériel et des salles liées aux différentes étapes de production.\nRéaliser les changements de formats et réglages de base définis dans les procédures.\nEffectuer les vides des lignes de production.\nEffectuer les contrôles physiques élémentaire des produits fabriqués.\nSe conformer aux objectifs de production notamment au respect du planning établi.\nAssurer la réalisation des opérations de production des lots techniques, commerciaux et cliniques en environnement GMP et travailler de façon autonome et efficace selon les consignes de son responsable. \nParticiper aux transferts de nouveaux produits, à la validation des procédés industriels, à la fabrication des lots de validation et à la qualification deséquipements.\nContrôler, enregistrer et compléter les documents de travail préétablis pourassurer un suivi des opérations réalisées (dossiers de lots remplis selon lesBPF / GMP).\nSe conformer aux règles de sécurité et de sureté du site pharmaceutique.\nAnnoncer les situations dangereuses, les presqu’accidents/incidents et les accidents qui pourraient survenir sur le site auprès de son responsable direct et auprès du département EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).\nCette description de poste n’est pas exhaustive ; d’autres tâches etresponsabilités peuvent être confiées en fonction des besoins del’entreprise.\nProfil requis:\nAvoir une formation initiale de niveau CFC et une expérience de 5 ans dans le domaine de l’industrie pharmaceutique ou équivalente.\nConnaître l’environnement BPF / GMP.\nAvoir une parfaite maîtrise du français.\nÊtre organisé et rigoureux, et avoir des qualités relationnelles pour un travail d’équipe.\nAvoir de bonnes connaissances de base de l’outil informatique.
