This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.\nThe Senior Manager, Digital & Process Excellence is responsible for leading process excellence and digital transformation initiatives across Global Supply Chain (GSC). This role owns the development, governance, and continuous improvement of business process management, process intelligence, automation, and digital enablement capabilities that support operational excellence and organizational effectiveness.\nWorking closely with business teams, BIT, and other enabling functions, the role translates business needs into scalable solutions, operating models, and capability roadmaps. Responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, advancing process intelligence and automation capabilities, and ensuring adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate combines expertise in business process management, digital technologies, and organizational transformation with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. This individual must be comfortable influencing across organizational boundaries, navigating ambiguity, and driving complex initiatives that deliver measurable value.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Sr Process Manager is responsible for owning and supporting a wide portfolio driven by business needs that encompass the following activities at varying degrees of depth and engagement.\nOwn the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Global Supply Chain business process management capabilities, standards, and operating models.\nOwn the design, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise process architectures and process models using BPM methodologies and approved process management platforms.\nOwn the delivery, adoption, and value realization of digital and process transformation initiatives across Global Supply Chain.\nOwn governance frameworks, intake processes, lifecycle controls, and quality standards that enable sustainable process excellence across GSC.\nIdentify, evaluate, and deploy opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, process intelligence, AI-enabled capabilities, and emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.\nBuild and scale digital enablement capabilities, including learning resources, knowledge management assets, AI-enabled solutions, and adoption programs that increase organizational capability and effectiveness.\nOwn performance measurement and value realization frameworks, including adoption metrics, maturity indicators, business outcomes, and continuous improvement opportunities.\nPartners with business teams, BIT, and other enabling functions to translate business needs into scalable solutions, enterprise capabilities, and strategic roadmaps.\nLead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability-building activities that support enterprise adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.\nLead cross-functional initiatives involving stakeholders across GSC, GPS, BIT, and other enterprise functions spanning multiple geographies and time zones.\nStay current on industry trends and leading practices in business process management, process intelligence, process mining, automation, AI, and continuous improvement, incorporating relevant advancements into GSC capabilities and roadmaps.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.\n7+ years of experience in business process management, supply chain operations, digital transformation, continuous improvement, or related disciplines; life sciences or pharmaceutical experience preferred.\nProven experience leading enterprise process excellence, digital transformation, or strategic business initiatives within complex, cross-functional environments.\nDemonstrated expertise in business process management, process modeling, governance design, operating model development, business analysis, solution design, and value realization.\nProficiency in BPMN 2.0 process modeling and enterprise process management platforms (e.g., ADONIS, ARIS, Signavio, or equivalent).\nExperience establishing and sustaining process governance frameworks, standards, controls, and lifecycle management practices.\nFamiliarity with process intelligence, process mining, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled business capabilities is strongly preferred.\nStrong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality systems, and operational excellence principles within a regulated environment.\nDemonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions, capabilities, and operating models that deliver measurable value.\nStrong digital, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve business performance.\nProven ability to influence across organizational boundaries and effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nExperience leading changes, driving adoption, and enabling large-scale transformation initiatives through stakeholder engagement, training, and communications.\nExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with execution and delivery.\nWe hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials - if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.\nHow We Work\nWhere you work matters - because collaboration, innovation and patient impact happen in many settings.
