This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.\nThe Role\nThe Senior Manager, Supply Chain Projects lead manages and coordinates product supply activities, leads new product launches from EMEA CMOs, and supports supply chain related projects for External Manufacturing operations.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate activities and manage cross functional teams involved in the planning, project management, and execution of supply chain projects.\nOversee and lead new product launches from EMEA CMOs; develop and maintain launch-related metrics and dashboards to ensure visibility and drive action.\nPartner with the Launch Excellence team to ensure alignment of product flows, master data, and forecasts.\nSupport ExM Virtual Plant Teams with tech transfer projects, ensuring supplier capability to meet all requirements.\nCreate detailed project work plans, identifying scope, key milestones, and deliverables, and update them as needed to meet evolving requirements.\nManage the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely task completion and successful delivery.\nConduct regular meetings with project teams and effectively communicate project status updates\nQualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:\nUnderstanding of pharmaceutical artwork management processes\nUnderstanding of Supply Chain and Regulatory operations in a cGMP environment.\nAn understanding of regulatory requirements and management of regulatory constraints.\nFull understanding of BMS Supply Chain, products and markets.\nStrong Leadership Skills\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.\nDetailed knowledge of Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations.\nAbility to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.\nAPICS or related qualification\n5years + Supply Chain experience in global manufacturing and supply environment, preferably in a similar role.\nKnowledge of pharmaceutical industry\nProject Management qualification/experience is desirable.\nHow We Work\nWhere you work matters - because collaboration, innovation and patient impact happen in many settings.
