Purpose:\n\nThe job holder will be responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable insights by developing analytical models, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the implementation of the organization’s data strategy, governance framework, and advanced analytics capabilities.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nAnalyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights for business units.\n\nDevelop predictive and prescriptive models to support business decision-making.\n\nBuild and maintain machine learning models and analytical pipelines.\n\nSupport implementation of the enterprise data framework including data quality and governance standards.\n\nWork with data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, data lakes) to process and analyse data.\n\nDevelop dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.\n\nTranslate analytical outputs into clear business insights.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.\n\nIdentify opportunities for AI/ML to improve business performance.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.\n\n1- 2 years’ experience in data analytics or data science.\n\nProficiency in Python/R, SQL, and Power BI or similar tools.\n\nExperience with machine learning and statistical modelling.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure).\n\nUnderstanding of data governance and regulatory requirements is an advantage\n\nHow to
