the architecture and design of Python-based backend services and APIs \nDrive decisions on scalable, secure, and high-performance Python systems \nTranslate high-level business requirements into scalable technical architecture and system design\nExecution & Delivery\nLead engineers building high-performance backend services in Python\nEnsure delivery of scalable, maintainable Python code in production\nPartner closely with Product, Operations, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables\nDrive operational excellence including monitoring, debugging, and system reliability\nPlatform & Architecture\nDesign and evolve Python-based microservices architecture \nBuild and maintain RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, Fast API) \nDesign event-driven systems and scalable backend services \nEnsure extensibility, performance, and system reliability \nTeam Leadership & Mentorship\nMentor engineers in advanced Python development and system design \nConduct code reviews emphasizing Python best practices \nElevate engineering standards and backend architecture quality \nFoster ownership, accountability, and product-driven engineering mindset \nQualifications\n8+ years of backend engineering experience with Python as the primary language \nExpert-level proficiency building production-grade Python services \nStrong experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, Fast API) \nProven experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems in Python \nStrong database design, SQL optimization, and data modeling experience \nExperience deploying and operating Python systems on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3) \nExperience with ORMs such as SQL Alchemy and Python data access patterns \nLeadership & Impact \nProven experience leading backend teams using Python \nStrong ability to define and execute Python-first technical strategy \nTrack record of mentoring engineers and improving system quality \nSkills/Attributes:\nExpert-level Python development for backend services, APIs, and microservices\nStrong experience with Django, Flask, or Fast API frameworks\nProven ability to design scalable, high-performance, and reliable distributed systems\nSolid understanding of data modeling, SQL optimization, and ORM usage (e.g.,SQL Alchemy)\nExperience building and operating cloud-based systems, preferably on AWS\nStrong grasp of observability, monitoring, and system performance tuning\nAbility to design secure, extensible, and maintainable platform architectures\nExperience with
