The portfolio includes applications, tools, and platforms designed to automate business processes and improve communication and collaboration across different Agency departments. The main platforms used within the portfolio are Microsoft SharePoint and ServiceNow. The solutions address the needs of various business areas, including HR, Legal, Logistics, Operations, and other Agency departments.\nOur expectations\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.\n\nA university degree (Bachelor’s degree or higher).\n\nStrong knowledge of Scrum principles, techniques, and practices, supported by hands-on experience.\n\nExperience in estimating and planning iterative and incremental software development.\n\nKnowledge of other Agile approaches, such as Kanban and XP.\n\nPrevious experience in a team leadership role.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.\n\nScrum Master certification or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.\n\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.\n\nMain responsibilities\nFacilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\n\nSupporting the team in applying Scrum principles and practices and developing self-organization.\n\nIdentifying and removing impediments that affect the team's effectiveness.\n\nCoaching team members, supporting decision-making, and helping resolve conflicts.\n\nWorking with the Product Owner to optimize the Product Backlog, prepare and split User Stories, and plan releases.\n\nImproving software development processes and team organization.\n\nMonitoring team performance using Agile metrics, charts, and tools.\n\nFacilitating communication between the development team and stakeholders.\n\nPromoting and supporting Scrum adoption across the organization.\n\nInitiating changes to increase team productivity and effectiveness.\n\nTech
