Key responsibilities include supporting student registration and re-registration processes, maintaining accurate customer and financial records, preparing reports and documentation, and contributing to continuous process improvement through data analysis and review.\nThe role serves as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses while identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams. Close collaboration with internal colleagues and external stakeholders will support the effective coordination of activities, events and logistical arrangements, ensuring smooth service delivery and a positive customer experience.\nA strong commitment to risk management, safeguarding, security and financial compliance is essential. The position requires adherence to established policies and procedures, responsible handling of customer and financial information, and the timely escalation of potential risks or instances of non-compliance. Additional responsibilities include monitoring operational resources, ensuring equipment and materials are available when required, and coordinating with colleagues and external suppliers to deliver tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational management capabilities, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
